I want to thank you for doing such a professional job last week installing our new windows that we purchased from you. I am really enjoying them. They are so easy to open and close and seem to be an excellent quality window. I love the safety latches and the fact that they have extra thick glass will help on our energy bills in the coming years. Since I have the double-hung, casement, and sliding, I feel that I have the best of all worlds when it comes to my new windows! The vinyl that you added around the doors looks so neat- nothing like what had been done to the doors previously by other vinyl installers. Thanks, too, for making my windows finally look like a normal ones by adding the window sills to all of them. I know that this was an extra hard job for you being our home was built like a fort and had no wood casings around the windows. You and Brian worked very hard and much longer than you should have had to pulling those old windows out. But, the reward was the beauty that they added to our home. Not only that, but it also adds more value to the home now. Also, your quote was so much better than the one we got from a well-known dealer in Albemarle. I compared the windows and shopped around. I looked on the internet and did my homework, but you had the very best quality windows and the very best price for the job (and also the windows were made in North Carolina), not even to mention that you and Brian were fun to talk to and easy to work with.
